Common questions and escalation path for when AI output is wrong
Who needs this
- ✓ Your team uses ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude at work
- ✓ You need documented training records for an audit
- ✓ You want role-specific training, not a generic one-off
Who doesn't
- ✗ You have no employees using AI tools
- ✗ You already have a documented, role-based AI training program
FAQ
Do we need certificates to prove AI literacy?
No. The Commission's Article 4 FAQ confirms there is no mandated training format, no certificate, and no accreditation requirement. Internal records of who was trained and when are sufficient.
How long does rollout take?
The manager rollout checklist is designed for one afternoon. Announce the policy, run the training, log attendance, publish the policy, and schedule a refresher.
What if guidance changes?
