Do we need certificates to prove AI literacy?
No specific certificate or accreditation is prescribed. The Commission says organisations may keep internal records of training and other measures. Those records support documentation; they do not guarantee compliance on their own.
How long does rollout take?
The manager checklist is designed for a focused first rollout in one afternoon. Role analysis, policy approval and follow-up can take longer depending on your organisation.
What if guidance changes?
All packs include 12 months of updates. Each file has a version stamp and source register so you can see what changed.
