Products and seller

Ready for AI Act supplies downloadable operational templates. They are independent materials and are not issued, certified or approved by an EU institution.

What a purchase includes

• The editable and PDF files listed on the selected product page.
• A one-company internal-use licence.
• Source, version and change notes.
• Material updates for 12 months from purchase where official guidance changes.

Licence

You may adapt and use the files internally within one legal entity and share completed internal copies with employees, contractors and advisers supporting that entity.

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute the source files, publish them as a competing template product, or misrepresent them as official EU guidance. The detailed licence included in each ZIP controls if there is a conflict.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices are shown in EUR. Stripe Checkout displays the final tax treatment and billing details configured for the transaction before payment. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this website.

Delivery

After successful payment, Stripe redirects to a private success page. The server rechecks the paid session and streams only the ZIP assigned to the purchased Stripe Price ID. Keep the success-page URL private.

Updates and compatibility

Files are designed for current Microsoft Office formats and practical Google Workspace import. Layout can vary between software versions. Update access covers revised files, not legal advice, custom implementation or a guarantee of compliance.
